Important Payment Notice: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all refund processing. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and manages returns according to this policy.

We offer a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions to ensure you have adequate time to evaluate our AI agents and determine if they meet your business needs.

What's Covered:

  • Pro Plan subscriptions: Full refund available for 30 days from initial purchase date
  • First-time customers: Guarantee applies to your first subscription with AgentsUp.ai
  • No questions asked: We don't require detailed explanations for refund requests
  • Full amount refunded: You'll receive 100% of your subscription fee back
  • Processing time: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days by Paddle

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • Refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase
  • Applies only to first-time Pro plan subscriptions (not renewal charges)
  • Account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
  • Free plan users are not eligible as no payment was made

1.2 What Happens During Refund Processing

  • Your Pro plan access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
  • All data and content you created remains accessible on the Free plan (subject to Free plan limitations)
  • You can continue using 1 AI agent with up to 10 tasks per month

  • Reference your order confirmation email from Paddle
  • Provide your transaction ID for faster processing
  • Paddle's support team will verify eligibility and process the refund

2.3 Information to Include in Your Request

To expedite your refund request, please include:

  • Email address: The email associated with your AgentsUp.ai account
  • Purchase date: When you subscribed to the Pro plan
  • Transaction ID: Found in your Paddle order confirmation email (if available)
  • Reason (optional): While not required, feedback helps us improve our service

3. Refund Processing and Timeline

3.1 Processing Steps

Step 1: Request Verification (0-24 hours)

  • We verify your account and purchase date
  • Confirm eligibility for the 30-day guarantee
  • Send confirmation that your refund has been approved

Step 2: Paddle Processing (1-3 business days)

  • We submit the refund request to Paddle.com

4. What Is Not Covered

While we offer a generous 30-day money-back guarantee, certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

Ineligible Situations:

  • Requests after 30 days: No refunds available after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Renewal charges: Only first-time subscriptions are covered by the guarantee
  • Free plan: No refunds for free services (no payment made)
  • Promotional pricing: Refunds based on amount actually paid, not original pricing

5. Cancellations Without Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time, even if you're not eligible for a refund:

  • Paddle Portal: Use Paddle's customer management portal if available

5.2 What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription stops renewing automatically
  • You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • Account automatically downgrades to Free plan after expiration
  • No refund for the current billing period (unless within 30-day guarantee)
  • You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 If You're Not Satisfied with Our Response

We strive to resolve all refund requests fairly and promptly. If you're not satisfied with our decision:

  2. Escalate to Paddle: Contact Paddle's customer service as the Merchant of Record
  3. Chargeback option: You may dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company

  • Immediate account suspension while the dispute is resolved
  • Additional fees charged by payment processors
  • Longer resolution times compared to direct refund requests

6.3 Fraudulent Claims

  • False refund claims or chargeback abuse may result in account termination

7.3 Death or Incapacity

In cases of subscriber death or incapacity:
